BOARDING RULES AND REGULATIONS

 

GENERAL :

 

1.     Boarders must bring the clothing and other essential things as per the list provided by the school.

2.     The clothes should be labeled and listed.

3.     They should be punctual and maintain strict discipline.

4.     Boarders are not allowed to keep any money, valuables, any electronic gadgets or mobile phone etc. with them.

5.     All purchases by the boarders must be done through the school authorities or parents and guardians.

6.     Parents are not allowed to meet their wards during the weekdays.

7.     Students are expected to use the study time profitably and strict silence has to be maintained in the study hall.

8.     Fancy belts, rings, trinkets, make-up sets, nail police, hair colours will confiscated if brought to school.

9.     Fancy hair cut or coloring of hair is prohibited.

10.                        Slippers must be brought to be worn in the boarding. Shoes prescribed by the school have to be used. No other fancy shoes to be brought.

11.                        In case of sickness, it should be reported to the hostel in-charge as well as to the principal.

12.                        All incidental expenses of the boarders will be recovered from their account.

13.                        Boarders have to pay all dues towards the school before leaving the boarding.

14.                        Parents have to meet hostel in-charge or principal before meet their words.

15.                        Any damage caused to the school property will be recovered along with a fine.

16.                        Any boarder leaving the school in the middle of the academic year has to pay the boarding fee of the entire year( T & C ).

17.                        Boarding rule have to be strictly followed by all boarders.

18.                        . Continuation as boarder will be based on the academic performance, behavior and turnout.

19.                        Facilities for sports and games are available to the boarders for the all round growth.

20.                        After 6:00 P.M. parents are not allowed to meet their wards.

   

TELEPHONE RULES

1.     Parents can make telephone calls only if necessary on Sunday or holidays between 9:00 A.M. to 12:30 P.M.

2.     In case of emergency parents can contact to the Principal only.

3.     Boarders are not permitted to bring mobile phones.

 

                                    

 

        LEAVE RULES

1.     Boarders are permitted to go to their local guardians only under the permission of principal (Last Sunday of the month) and they have to return back before 5:00 P.M.

2.     Students may be granted leave up to a maximum period of three days in case of an emergency and this can be availed only once in each term.

3.     Leave may be granted for special medical treatment if necessary.

4.     A written request from the parent should be sent to the principal for availing leave.

5.     Prescription to be submitted after a long absence. The Doctor’s certificate will be taken in consideration.

6.     Boarders are not allowed to go out the campus without the authorization of the principal.

7.     The boarders will not be sent with any other person unless he/she brings a letter of authorization from the parent.

8.     While leaving the school campus they must  wear civil uniform.

9.     In case of drop and pick up is required by the boarders, parents are to inform the principal and warden in writing well in advance.

10.                        Before leaving hostel during holiday boarders have to lock all valuable items inside box or submit hostel in-charge.

 

DISCIPLINARY ACTION FOR VIOLATING

 RULES

& REGULATION

            Violation of rules & discipline will invite punishment in the form of fines, recovery of loss & other punishments including expulsion from the hostel.

            The principal’s decision concerning all disciplinary matters will be final and binding on students.
